Tonight, we shall go Greek at Copsegrove!
Please come and join us for a fabulously tasty feast of Greek inspired dishes created and cooked by talented Iocal chef Ian Ballantyne, with help from wonderful fellow chefs ( and friends of Greek heritage), Mark and Oli Stavrakakis.
We shall slow roast a whole lamb/hogget over the fire, and whilst it sizzles gently away, chefs Ian, Mark and Oli will create some magic in the kitchen using fine seasonal and local ingredients, some authentic Greek flavours, and some unique Ian creativity!
We are thrilled to be welcoming back the fabulous Greek musicians Kostas and Sotiris to get our toes tappin', and our hands clappin' whilst the ouzo bottles are opened in the Bull Pen Bar......we just need to persuade them to stay the night this year so the party can continue a little later.......
