Copsegrove Feast - Spring Equinox


Join us at Copsegrove to celebrate the Spring Equinox and welcome the season of light! 🌼✨

Indulge in a delicious menu crafted by local chef Ian Ballantyne, featuring fresh local produce and spring foraged finds. Enjoy uplifting folk music while sipping drinks in our cosy Bull Pen Bar* before the feast begins!

Full Menu Highlights:

- Drink on arrival!

- Canapés: Welsh rarebit tarts, cured local trout with dill on rye crackers

- Starters: Copsegrove breads with wild garlic butter, goat’s cheese salad with blood orange

- Mains: Slow-roasted lamb with wild garlic gremolata, wild mushroom pithivier (v)

- Sides: Wild garlic butter new potatoes, tenderstem broccoli, baby carrots

- Dessert: Sticky toffee pudding with poached rhubarb
